Returns & Exchanges

At Parachute, we want you to be completely comfortable in your home, which is why we offer a 60-day return window for most of our premium textiles and decor. If your new sheets or bath essentials aren't the perfect fit, we make the return or exchange process simple and stress-free.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, and include any relevant tags or inserts.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it firmly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
